2. I bought my wife an SUV and I upgraded to a brand new truck.

3. We also were able to convert a run-down garage into a nice new office on our property. Its really great having to walk only eight feet to work each day.

4. Through this business we can afford to go on vacation each year as well. Our first trip was to Hawaii where we spent a week on a ship cruising around the islands and another week just relaxing in paradise. On top of this and the way we structured Any Home Service, I was able to conduct business on my phone which took only 15 minutes a day. I was still making money while on vacation! On our next getaway we are planning a trip to Bermuda.

5. These bigger things are great but believe it or not they are not the most important to me. What really makes me feel I have accomplished something is the fact that we don't have to worry about paying our bills on time anymore. As a matter of fact, I have adopted a 24-hour rule. All bills are paid within 24 hours of receiving them. We no longer wait until the end of the grace period to pay them in hopes the money will come in. The lack of stress and worry about the bills is one of the greatest joys this business has given us.

We made it work and now I want to show you how to have what we do. For those of you who are a bit skeptical, let me lay the cards on the table. Fact: I will make more money by getting you involved. There is always a franchise fee to buy any franchise. This fee is paid to the Franchisor for all the time, effort and sacrifice they went through to bring you a workable and successful business so you don't get the gray hairs too. There are also royalties that are paid to the Franchisor for as long as you own the franchise. These are based on a percentage of how well you do. The great benefit about this to you as a Franchisee is the only way for me as your Franchisor to make royalties is to help you make money first, then a small percentage goes back to me. The more money I help you make first, the more I make. So, of course, my goal is to help you make as much as possible.
